Frequently asked questions

How do I add a child?

Tap the parent dashboard, then tap "Add child." You can add up to 10 children per account.

How do I add or change rewards?

From the parent dashboard, open a child's profile and tap "Rewards." Add, edit, or remove rewards anytime and set the points needed to unlock each one.

I forgot my parent PIN.

Sign out and sign back in with Apple. You will be prompted to set a new PIN.

How do I delete my account?

Open the parent dashboard, go to Settings, and tap "Delete Account." Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Does Point Pals work offline?

Point Pals requires an internet connection so your data is safely backed up and available across your devices.

Is Point Pals safe for my kids?

Yes. Children never sign in, never create accounts, and we never collect personal information from them. The kid view shows only their own progress with no settings, no ads, and no social features.

Do you sell my data?

No. We do not sell data, run ads, or use third party trackers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Will Point Pals always be free?

The core app is free and always will be. We may introduce optional sponsored reward suggestions in the future. These will be clearly labeled and never required.
